PRICING
- Prices listed are for the wholesale trade only.
- All Ball and Burlap (B&B) plant material is priced for Field Direct delivery by May 1.
- B&B plant material is available after May 1, but prices increase 20-25% to cover storage.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- Prices are quoted F.O.B the nursery, please ask us about delivery charges to your area.
- Idaho customers must present an exemption certificate to avoid Idaho sales tax (currently 6%).
PAYMENT TERMS
Our regular terms are cash. Credit accounts are available to established companies. Payment for established accounts is net 30 days from date of invoice. Accounts are considered past due 31 days from invoice date and are subject to a 1.5% interest charge per month, 18% per annum, plus cost of collection fees. A 25% confirmation deposit is required from all customers prior to shipping. Volume and pre-pay discounts may be available.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation or reduction in order must be submitted in writing. If cancellation occurs 30
days or more after order is placed, deposit money will be forfeited. Orders may not be
cancelled within 30 days prior to previously scheduled shipping date.

GUARANTEE
Garden Exchange guarantees that all nursery stock will be true to name, in good and healthy condition.
CLAIMS
All claims disputing this warranty must be made verbally within 24 hours and in writing within
10 days of arrival of shipment. In no case will the liability exceed the original purchase price. All
materials become the property of the purchaser when the carrier accepts the shipment and all
claims for loss or damage in transit must be made directly to the carrier. All credits will be
applied to balances or future orders.
